Our company was founded by CEO Sara Rodriguez, a proud Union-Raised member of Local 2348 Administrative Local Affiliated through the IUPAT. As the Elected Financial Secretary and growing up with strong Union Values, Sara saw firsthand the dedication, hard work, and challenges that contractors face every day. That experience inspired her to create a company focused on supporting the  compliance purposes as they grow and succeed.

With Let’s Be Compliance, Sara's goal is simple: to help contractors navigate the complex world of compliance with confidence. She works closely with each client to understand their unique needs, providing guidance and solutions that make compliance feel less overwhelming and more manageable.
