Let’s Be Compliance, our mission is to help subcontractors confidently navigate the complexities of public-sector project requirements. We provide expert guidance and hands-on support with Project Labor Agreements, Pre-Jobs, and Assignments (PLAs, CWAs, PSAs), as well as the submission of DAS 140s and 142s in accordance with State requirements to meet mandated Apprenticeship Ratios.
We manage Apprenticeship requests and onboarding for all State-Approved Programs, ensure compliance with required Training Fund submissions, Certified Payroll, LCP Tracker requirements, and General Contractor compliance programs. Our goal is simple: to remove the burden of compliance so you can focus on delivering successful projects.
